Re: **New Updated Rim/Tire Fitment For S Trucks**

alrighty... i currently have a 2'' /4 3/8'' drop. spindles, 3'' blocks, removed one leaf out of the 4 leaf spring pack. as she sits now the front is about 1/2'' higher. i am doing 1'' coils so the front should be 1/2'' lower after the coils settle right. i have a 95 ss and do not have the factory drop. i also have noticed my truck sits higher than most. is it something w/ the 95 ss's? anyway, i am running a large tire, 255/50/17. i know i'm going to rub bad once i put in the 1'' coils up front on the inner fenders, and i thought about going with a 245/50 or 255/45 size tire. i know smaller tires will drop me a little more=good, but how much will they increase wheel gap=bad.

Re: **New Updated Rim/Tire Fitment For S Trucks**

I have a 93 s10 p/u, right now it's bagged and resting on 17x7 with 235/45-17 in front and 17x8 with 255/40-17 in rear......I'm thinking of running an 18x8 with either a 215/40-18 OR 225/40-18 all the way around....Truck will never be driven every day, so I'm not worried about wrecking a rim at all........The rim I'm looking at getting has a positive offset of 18mm..............will these tuck in?...........front fenderwells are gone.....
Thanks,

-Niz

Well a 245 30 22 doesnt leave much sidewall at all. and its a 27.9 inch tall tire so it will keep your truck up if fenders are stil there.

in front a 245 30 22 with a 22x8.5 was nice along with a 22x10 in rear with a 295 25 22 was a nice set up. customers truck was lowered 2/3 and looked perfect

those boze wheels in 22s with 245 30 22 and 295 25 22 were around 4500 bucks but well worth it
