Can I bag the front with 18x9, 245 40 18 and still lay out? I think the bs is 5.0 or 5.5?

you'll be about 2" from laying, you'll have to relocate the inner fenders. I have 235/40 18's and I'm about 1.75" from laying

will it be resting on the inner wells? is this the only thing that will keep me from laying out?

I'm on my bumpstops, but if I take those out I'll be 1/4" closer to the ground, but on my inner fenders

Would 20x8.5 be too wide for a 'bagged setup ? If not what backspacing would you need to be able to tuck the wheels in the fenders ?

wow a lot of info, but how tall are the stock xtreme wheels. 255/55/16? i believe and if i got 245/40/20 or 245/35/20 how much of a difference that would be

-i'm bagged up front with jasons cups and 2600's w/2" drop spindles... it lays kit in front right now but how close would it be when i try to lay it out on the 20's?

LOL 245 40 20 IS 27.7 inches tall over 1.5 inches taller than the stock x wheels.

245 35 20 is 26.8 inches tall which is 3/4 of a inch taller than your stock x tires

I have a 1998 ZQ8 Sportside (Non-Extreme). I was looking at getting 18"s. I dont think I'll ever get bags, but i'd like to lower it some more. Spindles in the front. Not sure how for the back. Are blocks best? I want a nice ride like stock also. I would like for the rims to tuck though. Thanks for the info.

I want to know if 17X8 rims will fit on my truck with DJM 3" lower control arms. If so what back spacing, & what size tire will fit with out rubbing?

Will any larger 17" rims fit with tires fit with what backspacing and tire size and not rub.

Thanks!

Question 16x8 GTA rims

What will it take to mount these on a 91 s10? I'll be dropping it 3-4 or maybe 4-5. Can't go too low as we have bumpy roads.

4x4 blazer - stock height - the guy bought some 18's for it, i'm not sure of the backspacing, but we test fit them and they dont hit. what size tire is acceptable? 255-55-18's came with it, but those scrub at 1/4 turn. he wants the speedo to be the same, and he doesnt want to have to lift the front any. what would you suggest?

my question is fairly simple (I THINK!!!!)

I found a calculator site that did speedometer corrections for different tire combinations (ill post it if yall want) and anyway, when using the 205 75 15 Paws as a reference, a comparable tire in size diameter-wise is a 255 60 15

Question -

I have a 2 wd LS with those "twisted Cragar" rims, can it handle a two inch wider tire? the paws look too small on the rims, the truck needs more beef on the road <G>
