Re: Lug nuts.

You just contradicted yourself. You can get good looking lug nuts, but they cannot by definition be purple. Based on your Location, Title, Sig etc I can understand why this would be hard for you to understand.

i know what you meant but that's some funny shit.

i got these chrome bullet lugs with a socket for 20 bucks from corvetteguys.com

something a little different. as far as the purple goes there's always powdercoat.

Re: Lug nuts.

I like those.. I'm gettin some boss 338s so those i think would look good.

as for powdercoating, I dunno if the thickness would be a problem.

To clarify, the reason that you can't get good looking purple lug nuts is because purple lug nuts look like shit.

Re: Lug nuts.

geez lol anywho...i don't think the thickness of powder coat would be a problem it's not very thick at all. worst case scenario you'll have to use a 20mm socket rather than a 19mm or whatever.

really Mr. Noob guy?
can you be any more ignorant?

to clarify?.. you're a ****ing moron.

i was more worried about the fitment of the lugs bc they would be too thick..
but i guess powedercoating isnt that thick to effect it that much..

I want to see these wheels that will look good with purple anodized lug nuts. Maybe you've got the right paint scheme to pull this off?

Re: Lug nuts.

Yes nice truck for sure. For the lug nuts, I hate pretty much everything that comes in purple, except these. With those wheels, my vote is for standard hex-drive, acorn-style nuts. The open nuts and spline drive look like shit IMO.

i really like those..
kinda pricey but with the retardedly low price I'm getting on the rims and tires.. getting those wouldnt be all that bad.

i think acorn style will be the best reguardless of what color i get..
cept I'm still thinkin purple.

use you're small mind and think of sports teams and their colors..
granted i dont think any team i know of is lime green.. but you get the picture.
besides its not like its a huge mural on the side or racing stripes..
so subtle will be tasteful.
