Re: How to bleed the brakes

have someone pump them, then open the bleeder valve on the calipers/wheel cylinders, make sure you dont run outta brake fluid in the master cylinder cause ull get a shit load of air in there

Re: How to bleed the brakes

ill tell you an easyer way, go get you some clear hose, like 1/4" get a power aid or gator aid bottle drill the lid out enough so that you can put the house down into the bottle, fill the bottle with new brake fluid, maybe half way, enough to cover the hose. go to the pass. side rear, crack the line open put the other end of the hose on the bleeder valve, go get in your truck pump away....KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR MASTER CYLINDER....KEEP IT FULL! when you see clean brake fluid stop your done, go dump the bottle out, keep it half full of clean fluid. go on the the others, by the time your done you will have clean fluid in your hole system. and you can do this yourself without any help.

Re: How to bleed the brakes

Very important when you bleed the brakes to do it in the right order...me and my cousin learned that the hard way on his 2000 noma after doin a ford 8.8 axle swap...if you dont do it in the right order you will easily tell because you'll have almost no pressure when you are pushin down on your brakes. You should be able to look it up online or possibly in your truck manual to find the order it goes in.
