How bad does your 20" Coys C-5's rub? Any complaints? Question about changing BS
How bad does yours rub, what size drop do you have, what size tires are you running?
Any compaints on the BS of the wheels? Anyone know how much this would run? They really need to be 4.5" and they come in 4.75" I'm looking at running a 245/40/20 which will put the tire just about even with my front fender lip, I can deal with a little rubbing, but I don't want to put up with it all the time or the tire bottom out over every bump. Looking into getting a set, but don't want tire rubbing issues. Last edited by ZQ8 Blazer : 08-20-2008 at 01:59 AM. |

the b/s of 4.75" verse 4.5" is going to move the tire closer to the frame not the fender.
a 245/40/20 is a big tire 27.72" may be to big for the drop you have. |

Duh, I knew that, what was I thinking. So I could just space that out if worse came to worse.
Now the 98+ Blazers sit like 1" higher than S-10s so it's like me having a 3/3.5" drop. Norcal SS is running a 245/40/20 w/ 4.5" BS on a 98+ blazer that's dropped a little lower than mine and he only rubs at full lock. I'd just hate to pay this much and they rub all the time ya know? |
