Do these wheels have any value?

they are worth about $25 each in good condition.
so no, no real value. they are 3rd gen fbody z28s btw

They are worth whatever someone will give you for them. I have a brand new set in a box for the last 22 years waiting for the right car to come along. But why dont you fix the front suspension damage & get the wheel back in the center of the wheel opening. Looks like 2-3" setback on that wheel.
