Re: Chrome Iroc rims
Shouldnt be harder on the tranny. Its much harder on the brakes. I would highly suggest at the very last replacing your rotors and buy a high quality pad. Makes sure your tire is close to the original diameter of the stock wheel and tire, so your speedometer isnt too far off. If your speedometer is too far off youll wanna get a programmer to adjust for it.
If its a blazer you should have the dual piston calipers and rear disc. It never hurts to give it a nice brake job though. As an added plus you could do a slotted or drilled and slotted rotor and itll look alot nicer behind the wheels. Hope ya like em. Re: Chrome Iroc rims
hate to bring up a kinda old thread but here goes...
i have a set of irocs at home, 18s and 20s, and want to get two American Racing 20s to go in the front to match. However, Ive been scared to do it because my truck is bodydropped and the offset on the 20s is 0mm. Anyone have a problem with this, like it hitting the fenders in front? |

Re: Chrome Iroc rims
Replica IROCs are 0 offset so they fit fine. OEM IROCs have different offset in the rear and need a spacer to sit out properly. Or just find 4 fronts.
