Boss 304

I am in the process of buying some new wheels for my truck. I was looking at the Boss 304's. The guy at the wheel shop told me that the 18x8 they make wouldn't work on my truck, but the 18x9 would work with no problems. Has anyone tried these wheels and how bad do they rub?

why dont u just go with the 20x8.5 they work perfect!!!

I may do that, but I need to check on the price. I am kinda on a tight budget at the moment. Do you know about what they run?

i dunno, i think first you should try and find another rim you like, i dont think i can count how many s10s i see with these rims on them

Where I live nobody has these wheels, plus I like they way the look and there affordable.

He said something about them having the wrong offset or back spacing, I don't remember which one.

well offset and backspacing determine each other

i had the 20inch 304s on my X were pretty nice til i hit the shitty train tracks a tad too fast and chipped a chunk off.

I just got a 20/22 combo from JCcarcrafter.com One wheel came dinged and I'll be finding out how much trouble it will be to get it replaced. It'll be a good test of the company. I'll let you know when I find out what they say.

So I sent them the pics on Monday about the wheel issue, and Tursday afternoon, I had a new wheel. It looks good and fits right. They were friendly and quick. I'd recommend them.

Just so everyone knows, I don't work for them, or know them other then some google searches. I'm just a happy customer.

Here are the 304's rocking amtrak style. If they look foggy, it's cause they were inside at aout 70 degrees, and when I put them on the truck it was about 95 degrees and humid out. Little condensation there..

It looks good and fits right. They were friendly and quick. I'd recommend them. www.jccarcrafter.com Just so everyone knows, I don't work for them, or know them other then some google searches. I'm just a happy customer. Here are the 304's rocking amtrak style. If they look foggy, it's cause they were inside at aout 70 degrees, and when I put them on the truck it was about 95 degrees and humid out. Little condensation there..
