Hey Just bought a 1998 Chevy S10 4x4. Im on a couple forums and people hate it when you just ask the question but it seems like alot of you guys drop it and Ilive in minnesota and just want something to drive in the winter. where I'm going with this is i want a sweet rims for it. Im not going to lift it just put some "15s on it in a 5x4.75 bolt pattern. I like the Sidebiters but not the right pattern any other cool ideas?
Or, you could check out the "For Sale" section (scroll down towards the bottom of the main forum page) and keep the money in the S10 community; while getting a nice set of rims for a decent price.....just a thought! LOL!
Ive seen some MKW MK-9 wheels with some BFG's on it for the winter and they look pretty cool.
They make hundreds if not thousands of different wheel styles for our bolt pattern. Your going to need a FWD or 4WD offset. Cant run 2wd wheels on your truck... unless you like your wheels to stick out a few inches..... (Barf)
They will work, however the stock backspacing for 4x4's is 6". Those are 4.25" so the entire wheel will sit a bit farther out away from the truck then compared to stock. Another option for rims is to look for camaro/firebird rims. Depending on the specific rim you get, check the backspacing so your front tires will not rub when you turn sharply. Spacers will eliminate the rubbing problem if it exists.
