Question ABS problem

my abs light is on and abs is not working. sometimes the light will go off and the abs will activate with slight brakes applied. any ideas what the problem is?

Anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Do I need to replace my abs unit or is it a sensor or something?

Probably a sensor. Could you help out by giving details about your truck? i.e. year, engine, etc.

its a 2000 blazer with a 4.3 v6 and around 133,000 miles. 2 inch body lift and 31's
