97 red ss....what rims should i go?

Thinking about some american racing torq thrust 2s. but then again the black kmc 338s with the chrome lips sound nice. thinking about 20"s but idk... any suggestions or pics?

i have some torque thrust 2 on my 97. they are sweet. you have to keep em clean though.

whoops. Anyone else got a reg cab that's red with rims? I don't wanna spend a ton of money on rims and not look good.

I got Sacchi S95's in 18 for my 03 step, its pewter and theyre black with polished lip. They rub because the people got my offset wrong, but if you know yours it wont be a problem, they look nice in 20" too. Heres a pic http://custom-wheels-car-rims.phatka...LACK%20500.jpg

It's real...It's Mt Rainier. I take a shotcut (if you can cal it that) on my way back from the Packwood Rod Run every year.....don't know about the bear tho...

I personally like polished over chrome or painted wheels. No worrying about the chrome pealing or paint chipping. Iv got 18x7 on the front and 18x8 in the rear. Coys C57 polished, I dont remember the specs on the wheel/tire off the top of my head but I can get them if you want. I haven't looked since I started driving it but I dont think I rub at all or very little on tight turns too.

yea i dont mind the slider windo at all. id like to have one for the nice breeze in the summer but i dont want to sacrifice the look of my one piece window.

As for polished wheels they do have a nice finish but do take alot of upkeep to stay looking that nice. chrome u take out the quik detailer and wipe um down and done.

black with polish aluminum or chrome lip, have some on my red 98 ex cab and i like it, gets away from all the chrome look. and are a lil easier to keep maintained.

Its marroon not red but close anough to give you a idea ...
I couldnt imagine wanting to go to a 20" and get some rubber band tires that ride like hell ... Unless you have your truck raised ...
