wiper motor FRUSTRATION!!!!!

Well after going to the wreckers and getting a wiper motor for my 94' Sonoma and spending time changing it , the damn wipers still don't work. I hear noise even when the switch isn't on but when i turn it to high guess what no noise. The wreckers told me they tested it and it worked. Any idea next!!!!

Re: wiper motor FRUSTRATION!!!!!

i heard that there is a ground wire attach to the motor. I just notice that on top of my wiper motor( away from the circuit board plug ) there is a wire attached to a screw on top should this be grounded. My windshield fluid sprays when turned on.

Re: wiper motor FRUSTRATION!!!!!

BINGO ran a ground wire and they came on. now how do you synchronize them? When I took the motor out i disconnected the drivers side and moved it now they aren't in sync.

Re: wiper motor FRUSTRATION!!!!!

i'm not sure what u mean by synchronize them but turn off the motor then pull the wiper arms off and put em back on so they're both even in the off position and you should be good to go IF thats what you meant lol
