safe to say most parts are swappable? (s-10 - sonoma)

When i look for parts I see everything available for S-10, and nothing listed as Sonoma. I know they are pretty much identical except the front grille support, headlights, etc. I know most general things fit (hood, tail lights, doors, etc.)

I wanted to know if everything else you don't really see was pretty much the same (interior, engine, body, bolt holes, etc.) For example, a lot of lowering parts i see are listed as S-10, so would most suspension parts be bolt on as well ? Other things you don't normally see.

thanks!
