Question Removing jack

Is there a way i can remove the jack from behind the passenger seat? i looked for screws but no luck finding any. Is there even a way? Im trying to remove it so i can move my subs more back to have at least a little more space to put it all the way back.

Heres what im talking about
the carpet looks brown cuz of the camera =\

Re: Removing jack

Yup about the only way to get that gone. take a cutting wheel to it and knock that thing off then grind the edges down.
