Dome/rearview mirror light won't turn off.

95 s10 ext cab. v6 2wd.

where is the switch that makes that light come on. i didnt see it in either door jams.

i also made sure that the interior lighting switch was not in the "all the way up" position.

how else can i turn out these lights.....without unplugging them

If you look right next to the fusebox you'll see the plunger for the lights. There is one on the passenger side of the dash as well.

Re: Dome/rearview mirror light won't turn off.

it looks like the plunger stick was bent and did not compress when i shit the door.

i bent the stick back to straight, fixed the problem
