Broke my sliding window on driver side!

So here's the story. I bought myself a used s10 2002 with about 83000 kms. (I'm up in Canada, eh!)

My first pick up. Love this little pick up, but today as I was loading up some wood I shattered the passenger rear glass. I've been informed that I need to replace the whole back piece including the slider!

I've removed the trim but that's as far as I have gotten.

Can anyone suggest any tips/advice/suggestions?

Anything would be appreciated.

I'm not a newb with cars but I've never done anything like this before.

Cheers
