breaks

i traded for a 96 i bled the break and got all the air out and it still has no pedal what now master cylinder Brakes sorry

i just got it last night and the guy i got it from let it set for 5 months he said that the brakes locked up so he replaces them and that after heput the new one on that he didnt have any pedal.

brakes take a little time to bleed to do it properly your supposed to start at the farthest point from the m/c which would be the right rear tire,then the left rear front right then left front.Now the entire time you are doing that you cant let the m/c run empty.Its also a 2 person job unless you have a brake bowl like used in a shop.

I'd go exploring in the rear drum area with a picture out of a haynes or maybe autozone online

Normally you can use the other side as a reference but if the PO screwed something up in there you can't rely on anything.

Discs self-adjust beautifully but get shoes in funky (and there's 100 different ways) and there's your mush.

At a minimum you can try adjusting them tighter.

he still hasnt answered what the P/O mhad replaced that led to needing the bleeding
