Re: ABS and Brake light come on

I have the same 2 lights on in my 03 s10 4.3 zr2. For me the issue is the ebcm (electronic brake control module. Over 1000 from the dealer, but 125 on ebay. With mine and most likely yours, whenever those lights are on, i dont have abs. So be careful.

Could be a wheel speed sensor as well.

There's two grounds under your Air Filter assembly, next to the radiator. Unbolt them, clean the rust and other stuff of it, and bolt them back in with some dielectric grease. One is a direct ground for the brake module, and the other is some ground that you might as well clean while you're down there.

This has solved the same issue that you're having on my truck for the past 6 months.

Re: ABS and Brake light come on

it is fairly common to break the speed sensor and / or the wiring when replacing wheel bearings....
