91 S10 Fuel Pump Relay location?

1991 S10 2WD P/U V6 4.3 - Facing the the front of the vehicle, there are two relays mounted next to each other on the firewall driver's side. Can any one tell me which is the fuel pump relay? Right or left side? And what is the other one?

Re: 91 S10 Fuel Pump Relay location?

relays are in a different location for the 2.8. they are on the driver side fender well. if it is the 2.8 the fuel pump relay will be the closest to the brake booster. not sure if they are the same relays. best way to figure that out is to compare the numbers on top of the relays. if they are the same then you can swap them out. if you cant find any numbers on them then just look up a fuel pump relay for this truck and look up a ac relay for it and compare the numbers that way.

Thank you again lemasterj22. Unfortunately I cannot get your shopkey links to display any graphic. But thank you for your tip about the relays.

If the fuel pump is not working, check the harness for corroded wires too.

Anybody know how to check the voltage at the relay? Not sure which pins to check.
