When it comes to lighting, you can always add fog lights etc. It just may take some wiring or work to get it done. I don't know what for lights you are talking about though? Do you mean running lights? But either way, you can manually wire in any type of lights, you just need a relay, the switch, wires, and lights.

My truck actually has the relay in the box for the fog lights. Further, it actually has a wiring plug behind the headlight switch for the foglight switch. I assume that all the wiring to the relay is present, and perhaps beyond. I've added a factory foglight switch (for other reasons) but toyed with the idea of using it.

I would assume that everything is there then. just check for continuity between the relay and the plug. I know my 94 truck came with the harness for cruise control, just never had the module or switches to engage it. Hopefully its an easy add-on for you.
