Wipers

My wipers were only going over to about 10 inches from the door post, and then returning. I took the nut loose and positioned them at the post and tried that. They sweep the whole window now, but when I turn them off, they go down and then come back up about 10 inches. Is there some kind of adjustment for them or is there something broken or what?

just do that again and if they mess up again just move them with your hand not losseing the nut i guess..it happened to me but i just moved it by hand
