windsheild motor

well i am new here and i am new to blazer/s10. so i need some help. i am needing my window wipers to work. right now they don't so i think my motor is bad. it works slowly and it cuts on and of. is that the motor needing replacement?

no it is the circuit board inside of it. autozone normally has it in stock.

you said it is just the circuit board in it. is it easy to replace and is it cheaper than a new motor? i checked for a new one it is $90.

lol ya i think its only like 25 max.

there are either 3 or 4 screws that hold the blk cover on the front of it. remove those and you will see the board. i cant remember if a screw holds it in or not but it pulls right off.

ok thanks. i took mine out and looked at it and it had a lot of lube /red goo so i cleaned some of it off and it works better. but i think i will get a new one.

thanks this forum seems nice. i have been using the blazer forum but it is broken so i needed some help and found this place. like i sayed this place is nice

yeah you can get the circuit boards at any auto parts store and are 25 to 30 dollars
