Window Problem

Okay, well ive had this problem for quite some time and I was wondering if anyone else has this happen to them... When i roll up my drivers window from the full down position, it tends to pull up the outer window runner with it. I see blazers and S10's all the time with the lower-outer window runner warped like crazy. Mine is completely straight and in the channels to lock, but it pulls out for some reason. Is there anything that I can do, or would buying a new one help?

Kind of hard to explain But ill try to take pics today and post them tonight

BTW, i know to search if thats your answer, just answer the question to help a fellow minitrucker out, im at work and cant spend time searching.
