Window issue

Has anyone had an issue with their windows like this?

Our 95 S10 Blazer 4dr 4x4 Driver side power window works great, that is until you try to put it up all the way. The motor is good and has plenty of power but it just doesn't always slide all the way up and seal good. This happens mostly when you are driving faster than 30 and if all the other windows are up. If another window is open or cracked open a bit to kinda equal the pressure inside it goes up but always has a "popping" sound or like it goes in the top track part real hard.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or would know how to fix it.
