wheels and tires 18 or 20

I want new wheels not sure what I can put on though I want the widest I can go 18's or 20's, front and back

how much drop? 2 or 4 door? i think the 4 door rear tubs are smaller..

i got 18x9.5 5.5"bs with 295/35 on rear and 6" drop
