Re: Wheel spacers

I got mine from someone on Ebay and have not had any problems. My Blazer is LS1 powered and I have raced it at the strip with them and haven't broken a stud or anything.

hub centric is when the center bore of the adapter is cut to the size of your hub on your vehicle, this be making it center on the hub. this way your do not get a vibration

that is not why you want hub centric...when you have regular spacers that just bolt up.. you are putting the weight of the truck on the studs...

with hub centric the weight is on the hub and studs...more stronger...

but i run non hub centric on my white blazer and i have no problems...thousands of miles and off-road trails...no issues

you are right in the aspect too. but the main reason for it are to not have vibration or for the vehicles weight being on the studs.
some people get lucky running the non hub centric adapters as well .
