Re: what to do first??

Check out DEI products for the alarms.. They make Viper and Python I do believe.

if I were you Id bag it and then worry about the rims. That way youd already look good and then could upgrade to those rims later.

Re: what to do first??

Because you can't bag a 4wd truck. At least you can't do it and keep the working 4wd. Also it will limit what kind of rims that you can use, because 4wds have a high offset.

Re: what to do first??

hydraulics has the same problem, u can bag a 4wd but most likely not keep the 4wd feature

Sure you can bag a 4wd but you'll have to yank out all the 4wd parts. Its much easier to sell the 4wd and buy a 2wd to install bags. Belltech makes a 4wd lowering kit. You can also check out www.blazinlow.com. Theres a torsion bar trick that will lower your truck in the front and then you can throw some blocks in the back.

Re: what to do first??

For $50 u can lower it a static drop about 3"(Blocks/Torsion). I like having 4WD knowing ill never get stuck in the mud or any dirt or anything, it's like a conveniance. IF you're looking to BD it and bag n' all yes a 2WD is much better. I just like having a lowered 4WD cuz u never see em.
Personally IF I were to keep a 4WD(which I am) I'd do suspension mods first so it's more fun to drive around town. Get a 3" Drop using the torsion bar adjusting and 3" Blocks out back. $50, and a new set of Belltech Nitro Drop Shocks(like $170). ONe of the lame things about a 4WD is that the shock mounts are really odd so there's not really much of a choice for shocks.
BTW not to whore, but anyone ever found any REALLY good lowered perf. shocks for blazers besides belltech nitro?
