Well i finally did it...

210,000 km on original plug/wires/cap/rotor and pcv valve

the envoy was dead all weekend and i had it towed to my shop did the tuneup, she fired right up this morning after it sat out in the rain all last night
this has happened in a long time...

i'll see what my fuel economy difference is now...
i was getting 350-400km/tank before the tune up

THAT'S REALLY GOOD
I'M NOT SURE WHAT THAT CONVERTS TO IN MILES, BUT I'M GUESSING AROUND 150K MILES.
I DO MY PLUGS EVERY 60K, THAT'S BECAUSE I'M OLD SCHOOL.
I'VE CARS COME IN WITH 100K MILES FOR THEIR 100K TUNE UP LIKE THE DEALER SAID IT WOULD LAST & THE PLUGS ARE FROZEN IN THE ALUMINUM HEAD. SO NOW THE POOR SHLUM ALSO NEEDS A HEAD JOB OR ELECT NOT TO DO IT AT ALL.
I'M FOR THE PREVENTITIVE MAINTENANCE MYSELF.
