Vibration around 75

I have a '99 2 door 5 speed Blazer. I get a pretty good vibration between 70-75 MPH. Once I bring it up to 77 or so I don't notice it, same goes with anything under 70. Any idea what this could be or is it normal?

Alright, I'm glad it is something others have as well. The tires are Kelly tires and are fairly new, replaced in February I believe by the previous owner. I actually found that it vibrates pretty bad from 68-75. Seems that if you keep it at 65 or 76 it is fine... lol. Who knows.
