Trailer hitch, will it fit?

I found a trailer hitch for sale locally and am curious if it'll fit my Blazer. I'm not thinking it will, but I'm hoping...

Ad says 95-97 and then they told me that they know it will fit a 99. I figure, if anything, the problem would come from it being for a 2 door or 4 door, but i don't really know.

They did offer to let me swing by and see if it'd match up with the frame, but it'll take me 2 hours to go do that, so I'm hoping someone will be able to save me from taking an unnecessary drive.
