T-rex grille ?
alright im at work right now obviously not working and my computer at home is broken. i have a 2000 jimmy envoy and i bought the T-rex 15 bar flush mount AL. billet grille and a 9 bar air dam grille. i don't have the directions on me but i read them last night and the directions said that i have to cut the old grille out of the shell and leave a 1/4" edge around the outside. im not sure what that means. am i leaving a peice of the old black grille in or am i cuting some of the painted part of the grille assembly. basically the directions sucked and has anyone put a t-rex grille on before. and does anyone know all of the bolts/clips that hold the grille asembly on? thank you

Re: T-rex grille ?
and i bought a sweet emblem that is curved but the grille is curved more so. does anyone know a good way to bend aluminum without breaking the emblem or distorting it. if i crank the screws that would hold the emblem on, something might happen(strip the threads or have the screws poke thru). any suggestions on that would also be helpful
