Strange exhaust noise

hi all, i have a 98 blazer 4.3 v6 'w' 4wd, i started getting this weird noise from my exhaust thats sounds like my muffler is loud, but its not loud, the muffs are good, all the way back to the headers.. i replaced them recently with new oem parts(recently but awhile before this noise issue began).. the noise only comes about when im in the overdrive at the lowest rpm, around 45 - 70mph.. ittll fade out the higher i go in the rpm, always though when im low in the r's, seemingly when in overdrive, when in third, with low r's, its not so bad..
its rumbly, and loud, not as loud as if i didnt have a muffler, but loud enough to say "wtf is that noise"

.. any ideas where i could start looking ? i know im asking with pretty vague input..
