Re: spare tire holder

They never made 4 door blazers with the swing out spare tire. They were all underneath

Re: spare tire holder

yeah, they're all underneath. you can modify a 2 door holder to fit, but you hafto reinforce that corner before mounting it. whats the problem with keeping it underneath?

Re: spare tire holder

i've seen dually on a 4 door with the spare tire down there. they run about 1.5" away from the tire on either side (with heat shields installed of course). its tight, but it does fit

Re: spare tire holder

There shouldn't be issues with duals on the 4drs.

There are some shops that say there is an issue though. That what I found out about the first place i went to. Luckily though I was just seeing their price. I still i went to the best place in the city.

Re: spare tire holder

yeah, i was told once they dont fit either. then i saw 2.25" duals running on either side of the tire and it looked really nice. i'm not sure if they'd fit with a hitch though unless i did turndowns right at the hitch
