That old, with that milage, for that price. I wouldn't touche it with a 10 foot stick.

Re: should i buy this blazer

Yeah, I could get a 97 here with the same miles for 2g'z. Just look around some more and get something a little newer for around 4-5 g'z.

Re: should i buy this blazer

I bought my 96 2dr 2wd auto blazer with 190k on the clock and some bug damage to the front for literally 1k, that's including the installed SS suspension, you're paying too much.

SS suspension?
what? lol

that would be the Zq8 suspension, dont think that was even available in blazers until they came out with the xtreme. Would be lowered with a rear sway bar, hop shock (never seen or heard of it on a blazer). 2nd gen blazers came standard wtih a rear sway bar.

Re: should i buy this blazer

I got mine for $6100 after tax with 103k, great paint minus the pitted bumper, and dipped in armorall. I've heard of better deals.

I remember when I was 16 and lookin for a car. I was desperate. I almost bought some junkers too, but my parents talked me out of them, thank god. Keep your eyes peeled. I didn't get a car til I was 17.

Have you checked the autotrader?

www.autotrader.com

I check there every week; Not sure where you live in the country but right now, theirs one 98 jimmy 2dr 2wd with 107k ish miles for $2900. Not sure if it sold yet, im sure it did because i remember it being in the trader last week, but theirs decent deals in the south, if you look.
