Removed emblems off tailgate.
I just had my emblems removed by a friend that runs a body shop. After all this time thinking that they were bolted on and the holes had to be welded he pulled them off in less than 10 minutes. He took a razor and sliced through the foam part of the two-sided tape, removed the glue with a rubber wheel and a drill, then cleaned it up with a rag & some cleaner. If I would have known it was that easy I would have done it along time ago.

Re: Removed emblems off tailgate.
There's a crack on each side of my tailgate where one of the cables broke. They are right above the emblems. I'm afraid if I remove it I'll take 1/2 of the tailgate paint w/ it.
