rearview mirror removal

Does anybody know how to remove the mirror from the bracket? I just want to take it off to tint my windshield but I can not figure out were to pu the screwdriver in at, this is a problem I have also had in bed. jk But seriously I have been trying for minutes but I can not get this mudda fugga to budge. Any suggestions?
