Rear wiper motor replacement?

Guys I'm a newbie to these Blazers. So far I can tell this is a great site with some good people. I bought a 98' Blazer last week and the wiper motor barely moves so I bought a new motor for it. Anybody have some tips on how to get to the old one?. Does the plastic trim just pop off? . Thanks in advance!!!
