rear window wiper/washer

on my 95 jimmy the washer fluid does not always pump out. some days it does some days it doesn't. i have not done a lot of looking for the actual problem cause the main thing is that the wiper it self works witch it does. but has anybody else out there had this problem or has heard of it? any sudgestions would be greatly appriated thxs.

Check the little water hose running from the upper pump (check the pump also) in the reservoir to the rear. Second, go to the noozle end and use a needle to clean the very little hole there.
