Angry problems with my 95 vortec... please help???

ok here it is it spits and sputters when it gets hot but not sure if it is cat cause i get plenty of air coming from exaust but also not sure if that would matter. i replaced the egr valve and the fuel filter and the fuel pressure regulater and the plugs and wires and the cap. also new coil pack. any suggestions are apreciated.
