Problem with 4x4 engaging in a 00 Jimmy

Hey guys, my 00 Jimmy I just picked up won't go into 4x4. The switch inside tested good, no vacuum leaks. What else could it be?

did you check the actuator under the battery tray?

i had issues, ended up being a cracked hose right by the switch/valve on the firewall

I will check that out. I know where I bought it (the dealer I work at) said he checked vacuum at the t-case, but I didn't check that.

Everything checked out but the switch on the t-case. Any special way to fix that or idea on part cost?
