Question Power Folding Mirrors on 99 Envoy Question

I recently purchased a 99 Envoy for my winter vehicle. So far I am really enjoying driving this. Here is my question.

My envoy came with the power folding mirrors, and the drivers side seems to fold out too far. It folds out to the point where I cannot adjust the mirror in order to see part of the side of the truck. It aims more twords the other lane of traffic. As far as I can tell the power mirror itself has the full range of motion. Is there a way I can adjust the stop point for the folding mirror?

it should be automatic...does it stop at the same point as the passenger side?

Re: Power Folding Mirrors on 99 Envoy Question

No, the drivers side, folds farther twords the front of the truck. Hence, the messed up view out of it. However if I manually pull it back to the correct position so I can see, when I start the truck it automatically folds to the full position (which is too far forward).
