Question Parking Brake

I was trying adjust my parking brake--there is a long nut underneith the driver's side of the vehicle that you turn while having another wrench on the other part of the cable. it was rusted on and wouldn't turn and i eventually broke it in half by accident. I need to order a new one but I can't find one online and I don't even know what its called. Its not he cable, that part is fine. Its the part that attaches with a spring to the fram to keep the tension in the cable. Does anyone know what that part is called?
