overhead console?
Are the overhead consoles, the ones that are about 3 feet loong, flat along the edge of the roof? I was thinking of putting on in my mom's 84 extended cab. The ones in the first gen Blazers have a dip in them in the back because of an extra roof brace.

Re: overhead console?
It dips maybe about an inch in the middle. I guess you could prolly build up the dip with glass?

Re: overhead console?
you dont need to worry...where the dip is...is also where the screw holes are to mount the rear of the console. So just stick a piece of metal wood anything you want to secure it to under the headliner....and when you tighten down the screws it pulls the headliner down into the dip. Worked great on mine. There is maybe a 1/16" gap at the very edge of the dip is all I have remaining.
