oil pan gasket woes

I am having some issues with my oil pan gasket. I had to replace it when I changed the timing set because it was glued to the timing cover and got nuked. Now the damn thing is leaking right at the seam between the new timing cover and the the pan.

I have a '98 4.3L and I run synthetic. This thing must not leak a drop because I'm going to be taking it to Germany with me and the inspections there are VERY STRICT!!
