no power inside after shuting off?

ok so u know how ur radio,windows,sunroof whatever has power will still work for a few minutes after u shut ur truck off? mine works sumtimes and sumtimes it doesnt. has anyone else had this problem??? same with my dome light

probably your door sensor.... Your truck thinks one of your doors are open when they aren't. My Taurus does that, it's annoying.

Power goes off when door is opened. maybe you don't notice that.

I think he's being an ass and saying that if your "door open" sensor is fubar'd then it would act like turning the ignition off when your door was already open, hence, doing what yours is doing now

it stays on for "supposedly" 20 minutes after u shut it off... check ur doors bro =/

it depends on the year, my 98 stays on for 10 minutes, my moms old 02 was 20 minutes, but its not only the doors, its also the back glass, and i noticed when i had my power mirrors off painting them, that everything shut off when i killed the engine, so it gets a signal from the mirror plugs also

so I went to put the new door sensors and the pass. has no wires ran to it,and I cant find any that should go to it..is this how its suposed to be????

They probably came unplug when you pulled it out.They are in the dash.

no,I dropped the glove box bc u have to disconnect them b4 they come out.

can anyone drop there glove box and just look to see if theres any wires running to the door sensor?
