Re: next gen. parts.

If you're referring to the trailblazer edition blazer and the envoy's that both look like the Blazers we have then yes. If you're referring to the 02+ larger models then no..

You could update to a 99+ steering wheel. That's what I did.

Re: next gen. parts.

well the things i wanted were the mirrors from a 05 trailblazer . i looked and it had the same three bolt pattern to hold it to the door.

and when it comes to the steering wheel did you have to get the whole steering wheel or just the center horn button? and i would assume that the air bag that is in the steering wheel cane stay? and is one of those things that uses a special tool to remove the wheel. i know that there is a tool i can rent from auto zone i used it to remove a non air bag steering wheel

thanks to all

Buy the wheel, buy the bag, remove the 98 wheel/bag, splice 2 or 3 wires together and install.

It may bolt to the door, but the plastic won't line up on the outside. I doubt it'll bolt to the door though.

Both

You have to change out both, they do not interchange with one another. You'll need a steering wheel puller, you pull the new ones just like the old ones.
