im new here and i just bought a 00 black envoy i love the truck already in high school i had a 98 s10 and loved that truck too i also had a full size 90 chevy short bed ill post a pic and show the truck i bulit it was a hot truck but i traded it for a 90 accord so after that i was in the honda seen for about 5-6 years but after my last civic hatcj was roddef 2 times i wanted out of the seen so thats when i bough my 00 envoy so i have a couple ?'s about it

1. ive seen a couple pics of the hid headlight with the inside painted now i did this with my hondas you put the head lights in the oven at about 200' for like 10 mins and you can pry them apart where its held with glue but i dont know if thats how there put together. is it glue or screws and clips please let me know i want to paint the housing the same color as my truck

2.my headlights a kind of dull looking i know on my honda i could i wet sand them with 1000 grit paper to bring them back to life

3. i odered some ebay blue color bulbs for my fog lights but there melting my lense can i buy new ones of is there glass ones i can get some were

4. im going to lowwer my truck 4 inches all the way around and i already have some 20s for it but i wanted to know the biggest side wall i can go cause the roads around nj suck and when i had my honda on 17s i always blew tires all the time a bent the rims and i dont want to do that

i can't answer all your questions but i can help on a few. you can wet sand the headlights with 1000 grit and that will help or you can go to walmart and buy a headlight cleaning kit and use that. I used both and the kit worked out 100x better than the sanding alone. You can use the oven trick for the headlights and color the housing, search headlight trick or clearing sonoma lights and follow the how to on that. For the rims and tires go into wheels/tires section and look at the sticky about wheel and tire fitment and that will tell you the biggest side wall you can run. hope that helps
