need help buying a grille

is the grille i want but it says will fit extremes only? what is the difference i thought there wasnt in the grill.. i have an 04 blazer zr2 2dr 4x4 btw thank you |

it's cheaper on partstrain.com was 99 for the chrome one. although that was a while ago.
