Need advice on Buying a 96 Jimmy 2dr

I'm looking at a 1996 2dr Jimmy 4wd, 5spd for $2900 The truck is real nice on the inside it's got power everything overhead consoule everything but leather and a sun roof, my it has a new clutch,alternater and water pump. I needs a new set of tires, and a pass mirror the guy said if i take it as is he would give it to me for 2500. it has 122k miles on it. I'm curious what more could i expect out of the 4.3 i can fix anything that really goes wrong but i dont want to go dumping a lot more money into the truck the pushbutton 4wd works great no noise no nothing i was surprised at that. I'm not to familier with the 4.3l engines so i was just wondering what i could expect out of this truck.
