More warranty work

Once again gas related, the gas gauge isnt working right at all. Shows empty after 200 miles. Nothing major but annoying none the less as I expect this crap from my Trans Am but not the Blazer. It has 8K miles on it, warrantied twice so far, one being the trucks fault and the other being the dealers. The frst was the filler neck was defective from the fcatory, that was at 350 miles. Then the dealer installed alarm caused the doors to rattle because they didnt put the actuators in right so it made the door rattle.

Re: More warranty work

A lot of guys have problems with the gas gauge. I took mine in under warranty for the same thing and the dealership said it was a faulty sending unit. It still does the same thing though. I just don't feel like dealing with them anymore. They act like your and idiot that knows nothing about cars even though they're the ones that can't get the stuff fixed right.

Re: More warranty work

Thanks guy, My Trans Am does it, infact all LT1 cars have terrible gas gauges, my friends 04 Tahoe is terrible about it, so I just said **** it and didnt bother taking it in. If some thing else breaks with in the next 5 years and it needs to be warrantied I'll mention it then. Oher wise I dont want to be with out it for how ever long it will take them. I like the truck other wise, runs fine.
